Excellent news has come from the U.S. Army’s Cadet Command, the organization that administers the national ROTC program. Maj. Gen. W. Montague Winfield announced that eligible Dartmouth students enrolled in the ROTC program would receive a full scholarship thanks in part to TDR.
We, the TDR staff, would like to congratulate Dartmouth’s ROTC program for their victory.
