UC-Davis Report Finds Fault at All Levels

A report commissioned by the UC-Davis administration has found fault across the board with the circumstances that led to the infamous pepper spray incident in November. The findings are fairly short–35 pages–but is accompanied by a much longer additional report.

Predictably, the report criticizes campus police, including now infamous Lt. John Pike, but also has plenty to say about the Chancellor Katehi and other top administrators.
