The Dartmouth Review alumnus Mr. David Schleicher ’00 is set to join Yale Law School’s faculty as an associate professor of law this summer.

In addition to his involvement with The Review, Mr. Schleicher was also the president of the Young Democrats during his time at Dartmouth. After graduating, he went on to earn an M.Sc. in economics from the London School of Economics and then a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

An expert in civil procedure, election law, and local government law, he is currently a professor at George Mason University School of Law, where he received the George Mason University Teaching Excellence Award. Prior to George Mason, Mr. Schleicher also taught at New York University School of Law and Harvard Law School.

The Dartmouth Review heartily congratulates Mr. Schleicher for his great accomplishment and wishes him the best of luck.

  1. Um, correct me if I am wrong but do not the Democrats stand for everything that the Dartmouth Review opposes? If I may ask, when he worked with you did you know that he was a member of the Young Democrats? And after he matriculated from Dartmouth, did he ever have to work in an environment where he had to breath the foul breath of the plebians? Just asking.
