On Wednesday October 29th, The Dartmouth Review will be co-hosting a panel discussing “Free Market Solutions to Climate Change,” along with the Sierra Club and the Dartmouth Department of Environmental Studies. Based on an acknowledgement of climate change and the need to address it, the panel will discuss differing approaches to addressing environmental policy issues, particularly with regards to free market policies.

Heading the panel will be Bob Inglis, Executive Director of the Energy and Enterprise Initiative (E&EI) based at George Mason University in Fairfax, Va. The goal of the E&EI is to reach out to a conservative audience, framing the issue in a manner that they can understand. Joining the panel will be Professor Anant K. Sundaram, a Visiting Professor of Business Administration the Tuck School of Business and Charles J. Wheelan, Senior Lecturer in Economics at Dartmouth College.

The panel will be in Dartmouth Hall 105 beginning at 5 PM and will devote a large portion of the program to audience reactions and questions.
