Dartmouth men’s hockey beats RPI 1-0, with its second shutout in as many days.
Dartmouth killed a number of RPI power plays. RPI matched Dartmouth’s level of physicality. Dartmouth had a number of scoring opportunities before its eventual and only goal, coming 20 seconds into the third period. RPI then narrowed the shot on goal gap.
The crowd spent much of the third period chanting “Nathan!” for Nathan Marsters, RPI’s goalie.
Dartmouth will take on Harvard in the ECAC semifinals in Albany, N.Y., beginning on March 19.
