Confusing Headline

“Number seeking counsel on rise, demand unmet,” reads the inside headline of a Daily D article. Readers, however, would know that the article did not discuss legal advising but mental health programs only upon reading the story. “To seek counsel” generally means to consult a lawyer, while “to seek counseling” means to consult a psychiatrist.
