Biographical Info

Kevin Robbins is a hands-on executive and experienced industry practitioner who leads by example. He engages stakeholders at every level of a project and facilitates collaborative efforts that significantly exceed the value of their collective individual contributions. Kevin defines success in terms of outcomes: growth achieved from strategies implemented, transactions completed, and acquisitions successfully integrated. His experience is detailed below.

Founder and Managing Director, Wolf Den Associates. Kevin founded Wolf Den to help promising companies grow their service to the Federal government through strategic planning, capture and proposal leadership, and M&A support.  Since founding Wolf Den in late 2009, he has led strategic planning efforts and has supported several billions of dollars of completed transactions, counseling clients ranging from smaller, cutting-edge technology companies to private equity firms and larger, multi-billion dollar defense primes, with a particular emphasis on candidate identification, strategic rationale, and due diligence support.

Founder, BlueDelta Capital Partners. Kevin founded BlueDelta to make non-control equity investments in high growth government technology companies. BlueDelta was formed in parallel with Wolf Den, finding that their shared goal of helping companies accelerate their growth lead to symbiotic  relationships between Wolf Den’s core competencies and BlueDelta’s portfolio company needs. Since founding BlueDelta in late 2009, he has executed on BlueDelta’s mission of “Empowering the Entrepreneurs,” by leading growth stage investments in promising government technology companies.

Senior Principal, SRA International. Kevin was responsible for strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, corporate spinoffs, and strategic relationships. During his five-year tenure at SRA, he played a key role in four strategic planning cycles, six acquisitions, and two divestitures. In addition, he also served as SRA’s Small Business Liaison Officer, responsible for providing strategic guidance and coordination across all corporate small business activities at SRA.

Before joining SRA, he held a variety of positions in private equity, venture capital and investment banking at ABS Capital Partners, General Electric’s GE Equity division and Alex. Brown & Sons. He has an AB in Economics from Dartmouth College and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. He lives in McLean with his wife, two sons, and a gregarious black lab, serves as on the Associates Board of the Wolf Trap Foundation, and is a Director of The Dartmouth Review. Kevin was recently named by The M&A Advisor as a winner of the 40 Under 40 Recognition Awards.
